Refund & Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure satisfaction with both physical products and consultancy services.
Farm‑to‑door deliveries: Refunds or replacements are available within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
Software solutions: Refunds are not available once a license key or access credentials have been issued.
Consultancy packages: Refunds are available if services have not yet commenced. Once consultancy sessions begin, fees are non‑refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver farm‑to‑door products across Pakistan within 3–7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product type.
Orders are dispatched with proper packaging to ensure freshness and quality.
Customers receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
Consultancy services and software packages are delivered digitally via email or secure login credentials.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
